The Joint Committee on the Investigation of the Pearl Harbor Attack was organized after WW II ended to look into the events and circumstances of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on December 7, 1941. Scope and ContentThe collections consists of an original cartoon drawn by Clifford Berryman for the Evening Star, Washington, D. C., titled "The spot that will not out."
