Collection DescriptionScope and ContentThe collection consists of the papers including five letters from Taylor in Trier, Germany, to his parents in which Taylor describes in detail his transport from Camp Wheeler, Georgia to Germany. The collection also contains a scrapbook of photographs of Trier and Chaumont-en-Bassigny and Verdum (France) which include battle scenes, local points of interest, airships, and buildings used for military purposes.
