Scope and ContentThe collection consists of papers of John L. Tison of Cedar Grove, Georgia from 1891-1934. Includes correspondence, deeds, indentures, notebooks, sermons, and speeches. The bulk of the collection consists of correspondence (1900-1910) to John L. Tison from his mother, Arabella, and brother Sidney which discusses family matters, religion, and social events.
