The collection consists of an inventory of the estate of James Stuart; an account for sale of personal property of the estate of James Stewart; a bond for letters of administration for Samuel Stuart, Richard Stuart, Robert Fulwood, John Floyd on the estate of James Stuart; and a Guardian bond appointing Thomas Stewart guardian to Hannah Stewart and Kitty Stewart.
