Collection Description
Scope and Content
The collection consists of seven photographic views of Andersonville Prison. The original photographs were taken August 17, 1864; reproductions of the photographs are copyrighted 1883. Photographic views depict various views of the prison yard, including a burying party in the graveyard north of the yard.
